Transfer Student Application

STA has a limited number of spaces for the 2020-2021 school year and is now accepting applications. To apply, please use the link to fill out the application and pay the non-refundable registration fee ($50). Next, send all required documentation to Mr. Orestes Martinez via email (

For incoming freshmen (class of 2024), required documentation includes a transcript showing all 8th grade coursework, and if applicable, all grades where high school credit was issued. Also, please submit standardized test scores such as the PSAT, FSA, TerraNova, etc.

For Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors (classes of 2021, 2022, 2023), we require an official high school transcript showing all high school credit attempted/earned. In addition, PSAT, SAT, and ACT scores should be submitted when available.

All documentation must be received by 3:00 pm on Monday, August 10, 2020 for us to consider your student for the upcoming school year.

Please be advised that STA does not accept the Hope, McKay, Gardiner or Florida Family Empowerment Scholarships, and we are unable to accept additional Step-Up for Students Award Letters for the 2020-2021 Academic Year due to budgetary constraints and no financial aid is available at this time.

Please note that the filing of a transfer application does not guarantee acceptance to STA.
